Each donut hole is made with tangy apple cider vinegar and rolled in cinnamon-sugar for a treat that tastes just like classic cider donuts yet won’t weigh you down. When they said “eat more hole foods,” we’re pretty sure this is what they meant.

No-Bake Apple Cider Donut Holes

Instructions

  1. Stir water and apple cider vinegar together until fully combined.
  2. Stir in vanilla, sunflower seed butter, coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix until smooth.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, 3 tablespoons coconut sugar, ground flaxseed, salt and cinnamon until well combined.
  4. Stir wet batter into dry mix until batter becomes moist but moldable.
  5. In separate bowl, combine 1 tablespoon coconut sugar and dash of cinnamon.
  6. Using cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop holes out of dough. Roll each in cinnamon-coconut sugar to coat.
