- 4 cups arugula
- 1 avocado sliced into wedges
- 1 cucumber sliced
- 3/4 cup mung bean sprouts
Dressing
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp. chili flakes

- 1/2 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
