But this mint chocolate chip shake does your body (and your taste buds) good. With all the sweetness and creaminess you’d expect from ice cream, this slurpable dessert packs in greens, non-dairy coconut milk, avocado and protein powder.

Serves 1-2
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Coconut Sugar
1 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein
1-1/2 cups coconut milk
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup banana
2 mint leaves
1/2 avocado
Cacao nibs
Directions
- Freeze spinach, banana, mint and avocado overnight.
- In a blender, combine coconut sugar, hemp protein, coconut milk, cacao and frozen ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- To serve, top with additional cacao nibs or chocolate chips.
