Ingredients
- ½ cup + 1 Tbsp. almond flour
- 2-3 scoops Ancient Nutrition KetoPROTEIN Maple
- ½ cup grass-fed cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- ½ tsp. cinnamon plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp. avocado oil or butter
- Butter to serve
Instructions

In blender, blend together all ingredients except oil.

In frying pan over medium heat, heat oil. Pour in 2 to 3 tablespoons of batter. When center begins to bubble, flip pancake. Repeat for remaining batter.
