Ingredients

Fig and Almond Smoothie

Toppings

  • Hemp hearts chia seeds
  • Additional chopped figs

Passionfruit Cashew Smoothie

Toppings

  • Hemp hearts salted cashews

Green Apple and Kiwi Smoothie

  • 1 green apple peeled and cored
  • 2 kiwis or ½ cup frozen kiwi slices peeled
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 cups spinach or kale chopped
  • 1/2 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water or apple juice
  • 1-1/2 scoops Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate Powder
  • 2 to 4 ice cubes

Instructions

Fig & Almond Smoothie

  1. In bowl of hot water, soak dried figs 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
  2. In blender, add figs and remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. If consistency is too thick, adjust by adding more milk.

Passionfruit Cashew Smoothie

  1. In bowl of hot water, soak dried fruit 1 to 2 minutes. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
  2. In blender, add ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. If consistency is too thick, adjust by adding more milk.
  3. Serve with hemp hearts and salted cashews for added texture.

Green Apple and Kiwi Smoothie

  1. In blender, add green apple, kiwis, frozen banana and avocado, and blend until smooth.
  2. Add spinach or kale, Greek yogurt, cold water or apple juice and Codeage Liposomal Magnesium Glycinate Powder. Blend until smooth. If consistency is too thick, adjust by adding more water or apple juice.
  3. Add ice cubes for a chilled smoothie and blend again until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately.
