Fruity Fauxtmeal: Grain-Free Alternative to Oatmeal (Paleo, Keto & Vegan Options)
Ingredients
- 1 large banana or 1/2 cup cooked squash, mashed
- 1 cup Blue Diamond Almond Breeze Unsweetened Original Almondmilk
- 3 Tbsp. Bob’s Red Mill Almond Flour
- 3 Tbsp. Let’s Do Organic Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 2 Tbsp. Nutiva Organic White Chia Seeds
- 2 Tbsp. NOW Foods Organic Flax Seed Meal
- 2 tsp. Vitacost Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp. ghee or butter or vegan-friendly spread
- Sweetener of choice, to taste
- Pinch salt
Instructions

In saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well.

Over medium-low heat, continue to stir until warm.
