Instructions

  1. In saucepan, combine all ingredients and mix well.
  2. Over medium-low heat, continue to stir until warm.
  3. Transfer mixture to bowls or jars and add toppings. Serve immediately or store in refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Variations:

  1. Chocolate Peanut Butter: Top with peanut butter or your favorite nut/seed butter and chocolate chips or cacao nibs. 

  2. Strawberries & Cream: Mix in a few splashes of vanilla extract. Top with sliced strawberries and whipped cream or coconut cream.

  3. Blueberry Muffin: Mix in a few splashes of vanilla extract. Top with blueberries and pecans or walnuts.
