You can’t go wrong with brownies. Unless you’re following a keto diet, that is. Then flour becomes a concern. For your next party or chocolate-worthy event, try these keto brownies. They’re everything a brownie should be: moist, fudgy, chocolaty and completely delicious. But they’re also made with grain-free flour, chia-flax “eggs” and only a touch of monk fruit as sweetener, making them low-carb and grain-, dairy- and egg-free. You can’t go wrong with these brownies, that’s for sure!

Low-Carb & Grain-Free Brownies (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking pan or line with wax paper.
  2. In large bowl, combine cacao and almond butter, chia/flax “eggs” and vanilla.
  3. In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit and salt.
  4. Slowly stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well-blended. Gently fold in chocolate chips if using.
  5. Transfer mixture to prepared pan and smooth out the top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes to retain moist texture.
