They’re everything a brownie should be: moist, fudgy, chocolaty and completely delicious. But they’re also made with grain-free flour, chia-flax “eggs” and only a touch of monk fruit as sweetener, making them low-carb and grain-, dairy- and egg-free. You can’t go wrong with these brownies, that’s for sure!

Low-Carb & Grain-Free Brownies (Keto-Friendly)

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup grain-free baking flour like my Mac-n-Mo’s Morselicious Mix
- 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp. cacao butter
- 2 Tbsp. almond butter
- 2 chia/flax “eggs”
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- Monk fruit to taste
- Pinch sea salt optional
- 1/3 cup Pascha 85% Cacao Dark Chocolate Chips or higher, optional
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease baking pan or line with wax paper.

In large bowl, combine cacao and almond butter, chia/flax “eggs” and vanilla.

In separate bowl, combine flour, cocoa powder, monk fruit and salt.

Slowly stir dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until well-blended. Gently fold in chocolate chips if using.

Transfer mixture to prepared pan and smooth out the top.

Bake for 10 minutes to retain moist texture.
