Lassi is a smoothie-like, yogurt-based beverage originating from India. On hot days, when mangoes are in season, it’s customary to whip up a mango lassi to sweetly beat the heat. Lassis are also served with meals since their yogurt supports good digestion. This version is a bit lighter and blissfully dairy-free thanks to coconut yogurt and oat milk, but it still has all the gorgeous traditional flavor. Savor one while mangoes are in season!
