Dairy-Free Kombucha Ice Cream Floats

by

Curious about the benefits of kombucha? This effervescent beverage contains live bacteria shown to support digestion and possibly even the immune system.† Combine it with better-for-you homemade ice cream and you’ve got a nutritious sparkling float to sip on for a refreshing midday cool-down or bubbly dessert. Garnish with sprigs of fresh herbs (we like rosemary and mint!) or shredded coconut.
