Makes 4 servings

Ingredients
1 cup of Vitacost Rolled Oats
4 cups of filtered water
2 pitted dates
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: pinch of salt

Directions

1. In high-speed blender, blend all ingredients for 30 seconds.

2. Use nut milk bag to strain oat mixture into large bowl or wide-mouth mason jar.

3. Enjoy in smoothies, coffee, cereal and more. Store up to five days in refrigerator for optimal freshness.
