Homemade Vegan “Cheeze” Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 8 oz. block vegan cheddar cheese shredded coarsely
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 Tbsp. arrowroot starch
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.

In small pan, melt vegan cheese for about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer cheese to mixing bowl and add flour and arrowroot starch. With hands, knead flour into melted cheese to create dough. When mixed thoroughly, roll dough into ball shape.

On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place dough in center; top with another sheet of parchment paper. Use rolling pin to roll to 1/8-inch thickness.

Using knife or pizza cutter, score into squares. Use chop stick or end of spoon to press small indent into middle of each square.

Bake 15 minutes. Flip and bake another 5 minutes until crisp. Let cool before serving.
