But the truth? Life without dairy does not mean ‘giving up’ old favorites – it simply means exploring new versions. This homemade vegan cream cheese recipe uses coconut milk and coconut yogurt and is so easy to make! Easy, delicious and vegan? It would be a tragedy not to make it!

Homemade Herbed Vegan Cream “Cheese”
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- ¼ cup unsweetened coconut milk yogurt
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. herbs de Provence
- 1 Tbsp. freshly chopped parsley
Instructions

Scoop full-fat coconut milk from can into bowl. Whisk with coconut yogurt, salt and herbs de Provence.

Chill in fridge at least 2 hours and up to overnight to thicken to cream cheese consistency.

To serve, spread on toast, bagels or crackers and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
