The versatility of chia seeds is one of the reasons they’re so adored. Scoop them into smoothies, sprinkle ‘em on salads, stir them to just about anything for an instant omega-3 and protein boost. But there’s a way to enjoy these tiny treasures of nutrition you might have not yet considered. With a good old fashioned coffee grinder, you can crush chia seeds into a fine, powdered flour that can be used as a gluten-free substitute in all your favorite recipes.
