Ingredients
- 14 oz. hearts of palm salad cut
- 1/4 cup plant-based mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery minced
- 1 Tbsp. chives minced
- 1 tsp. flat-leaf parsley minced
- 1-3/4 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. lemon zest
- 1/4 tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 brioche or hot dog buns
- 1 Tbsp. plant-based butter melted

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients (except buns and butter) and mix until combined.
