Hawaiian Ham & Pineapple Pasta Salad (Gluten-Free)

by

Macaroni salad with ham and pineapple has graced many an Easter table. This recipe begins with a more inclusive gluten-free brown rice elbow pasta to which you’ll mix cheddar and scallions along with cubed ham and juicy chunks of pineapple (the true star of the show). A sweet and tangy pineapple dressing with a tinge of heat finishes the salad, melding all the flavors. You can count on there not being any left.
