Green Smoothie Bowl with Spinach & Tahini

Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk, or as needed to blend
1 cup applesauce
⅛ cup tahini (can substitute any nut or seed butter)
1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood Alkalize & Detox powder
4 ripe bananas, frozen
3 cups baby spinach

Toppings

Pumpkin seeds
Coconut chips
Chia seeds
Raspberries
Tahini, drizzled

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, add almond milk, applesauce, tahini, spinach and one banana. Process until smooth.
  2. Add next banana and process until smooth. Continue for the next two bananas.
  3. Pour into two bowls (or one large bowl) and top with topping. Serve immediately.
