Makes 1-2 cups
Ingredients
1 cup coconut water
1 cup frozen mango
1 cup spinach, loosely packed
1 Tbsp. sunflower seed butter
1 tsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. bee pollen
1 Tbsp. raw honey, optional, for sweetness
Directions
- In a blender, add coconut water. Add remaining ingredients and blend 1-2 minutes until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
