This buttery gluten free sugar cookie recipe is a spin on a classic favorite, and it’s just in time for Easter! With a soft, chewy texture and sweet vanilla flavor, they’re perfect for decorating with dreamy pastel hues and festive flair. The dough is easy to roll and cut into shapes, making it a fun family activity for little kitchen helpers, too. Once baked and cooled, get creative with homemade frosting tinted in soft spring shades made with plant-based food coloring, of course! Think pale pinks, baby blues, sunny yellows and grassy greens. Whether you’re filling an Easter basket, hosting a brunch or just in the mood to bake something sweet, these charming cookies are a colorful (and gluten-free) way to celebrate the season.
