Gluten-Free Irish Soda Bread

by

Making bread can get complicated, which is exactly why we loaf this super easy soda bread. Baked on a cookie sheet instead of in a loaf pan, it comes together more like a pastry than a traditional bread. In place of yeast, soda bread gets its dense yet soft texture from buttermilk and cold butter. The gluten-free flour and quick bake time makes it perfect for holidays, gatherings or for satisfying last-minute cravings. Try it warm with butter and jam for a sweet Irish escape.
