Ingredients
Donuts
- 2 eggs
- 3 scoops Ancient Nutrition Multi Collagen Protein Chocolate about ½ cup
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1 Tbsp. coconut flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Frosting
- ¼ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. almond milk or nut milk of choice
- ¼ cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease silicone donut pan.

In large bowl, whisk eggs. Stir in remaining donut ingredients.

Fill piping bag with batter.

Squeeze batter into donut pan, filling to ¾ full.

Bake 12–15 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.

In small saucepan over low heat, melt together frosting ingredients. Remove from heat.
