  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Pour butter or coconut oil into 9x13-in. baking dish.
  2. In large mixing bowl, whisk together oat flour, almond meal, coconut milk and coconut sugar until smooth. Pour batter into baking dish with butter (no need to mix).
  3. Drop cherries on top of batter, press them down gently, and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until cobbler is cooked throughout and edges are golden brown.
