Customize it as you please: without eggs to make it vegan, and with or without dark rum. “Yule” all feel jollier after some sips from this cool cup of cheer.

Ingredients
- 2 13 oz. cans full fat coconut milk
- 4 organic egg yolks
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. cardamom
- 2/3 cup aged dark rum optional
Instructions

In pot over low-medium heat, warm coconut milk, stirring in egg yolks until mixture thickens. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla and all spices.

Refrigerate until cool.

If desired, mix in rum before serving.
Note: Omit egg yolks for vegan nog.
