Easy Coconut Milk Eggnog

  1. In pot over low-medium heat, warm coconut milk, stirring in egg yolks until mixture thickens. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla and all spices.
  2. Refrigerate until cool.
  3. If desired, mix in rum before serving.

Note: Omit egg yolks for vegan nog.
