DIY Relaxing Lavender-Chamomile Mineral Bath
Ingredients
4 Tbsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Epsom salts
22 drops Aura Cacia Tangerine Essential Oil
16 drops Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
4 oz. amber glass wide-mouth jar
Directions
- In small bowl, combine sea salt, baking soda and Epsom salts. Stir until well mixed.
- Add essential oils to mixture and stir until well blended.
- Transfer mixture to jar.
- To use, dissolve up to 3 tablespoons of mixture into full bath.
