DIY Relaxing Lavender-Chamomile Mineral Bath

Ingredients

4 Tbsp. sea salt
2 Tbsp. baking soda
2 tsp. Epsom salts
22 drops Aura Cacia Tangerine Essential Oil
16 drops Aura Cacia Lavender Essential Oil
10 drops Aura Cacia Roman Chamomile Essential Oil
4 oz. amber glass wide-mouth jar

Directions

  1. In small bowl, combine sea salt, baking soda and Epsom salts. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Add essential oils to mixture and stir until well blended.
  3. Transfer mixture to jar.
  4. To use, dissolve up to 3 tablespoons of mixture into full bath.
