This homemade face mask, made with just two simple ingredients (including probiotics!), helps nourish your skin with friendly flora while soothing with coconut cream.
Ingredients
2 probiotic capsules, 15 billion CFU (or 1 probiotic capsule with 30 billion CFU)
1/2 cup coconut cream
(Optional, for acne or oiliness: 1/4 cup lemon juice)
Directions
- In bowl, place coconut cream.
- Twist open capsule and sprinkle in contents. Stir to combine.
- Cover mixture and let sit for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.
- Apply mask onto a clean, freshly washed face and let sit for 20 minutes before rinsing off. Repeat for two or three days before bedtime.
