Ingredients
1 cup soy-free vegan mayonaise
½ cup Dijon mustard
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp. ground turmeric
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Directions
- In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle over salads or casseroles, or use as a dip.
- Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
