Don’t let the word “creamy” discourage you—this dressing is 100% vegan.

Ingredients

1 cup soy-free vegan mayonaise
½ cup Dijon mustard
Juice of ½ lemon
½ tsp. ground turmeric
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Directions

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth and creamy.
  2. Drizzle over salads or casseroles, or use as a dip.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
