Dairy-Free Chicory Coffee Cappuccino

Ingredients
- Chicory herbal coffee
- Coconut cream or plant-based butter, to taste
- Cashew milk to taste
- Cinnamon or nutmeg, optional
Instructions

In coffee maker or French press, brew chicory coffee according to package directions.

In small sauce pan, bring cashew milk and coconut cream or butter to simmer while whisking. Alternately, steam with frothing wand.

In large mug, pour milk/cream mixture into coffee. Top with a sprinkle of cinnamon/nutmeg, if desired.
