Cranberry-Walnut Relish
Ingredients
28 oz. (2 cans) of organic whole cranberry sauce
10 oz. (1 can) of organic mandarin oranges in unsweetened juice, drained
1/2 cup chopped organic walnuts
1/2 cup chopped organic pecans
Directions
1. Empty cranberries into large bowl. Drain mandarin oranges and mix with cranberries.
2. Chop nuts with a knife or put on low speed in food processor for a few pulses. Add nuts to relish.
3. Keep mixture chilled before serving.
