- 1 cup wild rice rinsed
- 1-3/4 cups water
- 1/4 tsp. pink salt
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup mandarin oranges or clementines, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup orange juice
Instructions

In medium pot over high heat, bring water and salt to boil. Add rice and pepper; cover. Simmer 35-40 minutes, until done.
