Cranberry, Orange & Pecan Wild Rice

by | Updated: November 23rd, 2020

The classic combination of cranberry and orange turn wild rice into a side dish worthy of any holiday spread. The bright, citrusy flavors of dried cranberries and oranges perfectly complement the toasty, earthy flavor of the rice, while the pecans add extra protein, flavor and a pleasant crunch. Hearty without being heavy, it’ll fill you up without weighing you down. Just one bite and you’re sure to go wild for it.
