Ingredients
1/2 cup organic quick-cooking oats
1 scoop collagen peptides
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Blueberries, to top
Banana, sliced, to top
Directions
- In a kettle or small pot on the stove, bring water to boil.
- Place oats in cereal bowl. Stir in collagen and cinnamon.
- Pour half cup of hot over oats and stir thoroughly. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.
- To serve, top with blueberries, banana and hemp.
