Collagen-Enhanced Oatmeal with Blueberries, Banana & Hemp

Serves 1

Ingredients

1/2 cup organic quick-cooking oats
1 scoop collagen peptides
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp. hemp seeds
Blueberries, to top
Banana, sliced, to top

Directions

  1. In a kettle or small pot on the stove, bring water to boil.
  2. Place oats in cereal bowl. Stir in collagen and cinnamon.
  3. Pour half cup of hot over oats and stir thoroughly. Let sit for 5 minutes to soften.
  4. To serve, top with blueberries, banana and hemp.
