Tortillas: they’re the main ingredient when making a wrap. But if you’re following a gluten-free or Paleo diet, those thin, chewy discs of bread are off limits—unless, of course, they’re made from tropical fruit. Coconut wraps contain just two ingredients: coconut meat and coconut water. Pressed to perfection, they’re ready to roll with your favorite breakfast or lunch ingredients. Try one slathered with creamy almond butter, hemp protein and chia seeds for a nutritious, filling, grab-and-go sandwich replacement. Now that’s a wrap!
