  1. Grease large mug with cooking spray.
  2. In mug, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Add milk, butter and vanilla, and stir until fully combined.
  3. Sprinkle top with another pinch of brown sugar and cinnamon. Microwave 1 to 2 minutes, checking after 30 seconds, until the cake is firm in the center and cooked through.
  4. In small bowl, whisk together powdered sugar, milk and salt until pourable. If needed, add more milk to reach your desired consistency.
  5. Pour glaze over warm mug cake and enjoy.
