Ready to get into the holiday spirit first thing in the morning? Wake up to a Christmas smoothie bowl full of cheer and good-for-you superfoods. Mango, kiwi and spinach will start your day off merry and bright, with a scoop of collagen for an added nutritional boost. Even after the holidays, this smoothie bowl will make an excellent breakfast any day of the week – with or without the coconut Christmas tree.

Christmas Smoothie Bowl Recipe

Ingredients

Smoothie Bowl

  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1 kiwi peeled
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 scoop collagen

Topping

Instructions

  1. In blender, combine smoothie ingredients and process until thick and smooth.
  2. Transfer smoothie mixture to bowl.
  3. Sprinkle with toppings. (If desired, hold a Christmas tree cutter over smoothie bowl and sprinkle coconut flakes to make tree shape. Decorate tree with pomegranate arils.)
