Life is complicated – dessert should be simple. These two-ingredient treats come together quickly for a satisfying, yet daringly easy, confection. All you need are paper cups, some dark chocolate bars and a jar of sunflower seed butter to enjoy these allergy-friendly, better-for-you candies. It doesn’t get much easier than this.

2-Ingredient Chocolate Sunflower Seed Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. On baking sheet, arrange 12 paper cups.
  2. In pot over low heat, melt chocolate bars.
  3. In each paper cup, drop one teaspoon chocolate then one teaspoon sunflower seed butter. Top cups with another teaspoon of chocolate, covering filling completely.
  4. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
