Chocolate-Espresso Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/3 cups chia seeds
- 1 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsp. strong coffee, chilled
- 1 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Coconut Milk Powder
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. Wildly Organic Chocolate Syrup + more for optional topping
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
Instructions

In large bowl, mix all ingredients except for coconut cream. Set aside for 20 minutes and mix again until pudding thickens.

Portion half the pudding between two small mason jars. Add a dollop of coconut cream into each jar.

Layer remaining pudding and coconut cream. Top with a drizzle of chocolate sauce if desired.
