These chocolate chip energy bites are free of refrigerated ingredients. They won’t spoil quickly or spoil your dinner. All you’ll need is one or two bites to suppress that stalker-like sweet tooth.
Ingredients
3 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 cups quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey
1 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
3 Tbsp. dark chocolate chips
Almond milk
Directions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients until well combined.
- Add milk gradually. You only need enough to make the batter sticky for shaping.
- Roll batter into balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer to set.
