Ingredients
2 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bars
¼ cup almond meal flour
1 scoop Giant Sports Delicious Chocolate Shake Protein Powder
2 Tbsp. chocolate powdered peanut butter
2 Tbsp. xylitol
1 Tbsp. cacao powder
2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup egg whites
Mini chocolate chips (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a mini loaf pan with foil and coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- Microwave Quest bars for 12 seconds and then mold to the bottom of the loaf pan. Set aside.
- In a medium bowl, add protein powder, almond meal flour, powdered peanut butter, xylitol and cacao powder. Stir together.
- Add egg whites and almond milk and stir until batter is well-combined. It will be thick and that is A-OK!
- Spoon batter into mini loaf pan on top of the Quest bar crust. Smooth and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top (if you’re using them) and bake for 28-32 minutes, or until the brownie batter is set.
- Let cool for one hour, slice into 6 even pieces and enjoy!
