Ingredients
1/4 cup water
1/2 cup Artisana Organics Coconut Butter
1-3/4 cups Eden Organic Garbanzo Beans
4 Tbsp. Date Lady Organic Date Sugar
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 cup Vitacost Organic Coconut Flour or tigernut flour
1/3 cup chocolate chips
Directions
1. In blender, combine water, coconut butter, chickpeas, date sugar, vanilla and flour. Blend until smooth, dough-like consistency forms.
2. Spoon dough into bowl and stir in chocolate chips. Serve in individual bowls with spoon or simply use your hands.
