Chia Seed Cereal Recipe

Chia Seed Cereal Bowl

Serves 1

Ingredients

1 Tbsp. walnuts, almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews (or Tiger Nuts for a nut-free option)
2 tsp. hemp seeds
3 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut flakes
1 tsp. honey
½ cup nut milk, hemp or almond
Your choice of fruit: apple, banana, peach, pear, nectarine or ¼ cup berries

 Directions

  1. In a cereal bowl, soak seeds in the nut milk for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add remaining ingredients to the bowl. Enjoy!
