Ingredients
- ½ cup shortening oil, butter or margarine
- ½ cup sugar
- 1 egg
- ½ cup molasses
- ½ cup water
- 1-½ cups Namaste Perfect Flour Blend
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1-½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ tsp. ground cloves
- ½ cup raisins
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly spray or grease 9”x13” pan.

Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in egg, molasses and water.

Sift together flour, salt, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves. Stir into molasses mixture. Fold in raisins.

Pour into pan. Bake 25 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
