Ingredients
- 1.5 cups Biscoff cookies powdered
- 6 Tbsp. unsalted butter melted
- 1 can 14 oz. sweetened condensed milk, divided
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut divided
- 1 cup roasted and salted cashews roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup caramel chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Line 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang on the sides for easy removal later.

In medium bowl, combine powdered Biscoff cookies and melted butter.

Press mixture into bottom of lined baking pan to form even crust.

Bake for 5 minutes, then remove from oven.

Using spoon, drizzle half can of sweetened condensed milk evenly over baked crust.

Sprinkle half of shredded coconut evenly over condensed milk.

Add chopped cashews and dark chocolate chips in even layer.

Drizzle remaining condensed milk evenly over top.

Sprinkle remaining shredded coconut, milk chocolate chips and caramel chips evenly. Use spatula to gently press them into mixture.

Return pan to oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until edges are golden brown and bars are set.

Remove from oven and allow bars to cool for 15-20 minutes. Once cooled, cut them into 16 squares and enjoy!
