- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup Sproud Plant-Based Milk
- 1 Tbsp. pHresh Products Organic Cacao Powder

Toppings
- 1/2 tsp. Nutiva Hemp Seeds

Chia seed pudding
- 2-3/4 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp. Sproud Plant-Based Milk
Instructions

In small bowl, stir together chia seed pudding ingredients until well combined. Set aside to gel (about 5-10 minutes).

Add smoothie bowl ingredients to blender and mix until completely smooth. Pour into cereal or soup bowl.
