Cacao-Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In food processor, blend together oats, almonds, cacao nibs, cacao powder, chia seeds, salt and protein powder until coarse. Blend in dates, peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. If mixture is too dry, add hot water until you have slightly sticky consistency.
  2. Roll mixture into approximately 24 balls. Coat with hemp seeds and/or cacao powder.
  3. In airtight container, refrigerate up to one week; freeze up to two weeks.
