Cacao-Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/3 cup raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder plus more for coating
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- Pinch sea salt
- 1 scoop Vega Sport Premium Chocolate Protein Powder optional
- 8 Medjool dates pitted
- 1/4 cup natural peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp. hot water
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds for garnish
Instructions

In food processor, blend together oats, almonds, cacao nibs, cacao powder, chia seeds, salt and protein powder until coarse. Blend in dates, peanut butter and maple syrup until combined. If mixture is too dry, add hot water until you have slightly sticky consistency.

Roll mixture into approximately 24 balls. Coat with hemp seeds and/or cacao powder.

In airtight container, refrigerate up to one week; freeze up to two weeks.
