- 1 pack Miracle Noodle Angel Hair
- 3 lb. beef
- 8 broccoli florets
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 egg yolk scrambled
- 1 Tbsp. miso
Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. aminos
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce

- 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds
- 1/4 red bell pepper diced

Reverse sear beef. Start by smoking it until internal temperature reaches 115 degrees F for optimal tenderness and flavor.

Heat iron skillet over medium-high heat and add beef fat. Once hot, sear smoked beef until it develops golden, caramelized crust. Set aside to rest.
