This recipe comes with dark chocolate chips and crunchy walnuts in every bite, so you probably won’t get out one word – but you’ll have fun trying!
Banana-Nut & Chocolate Chip Protein Bars
Ingredients
1 cup almond flour
4 scoops NLA for Her Vanilla Cupcake Protein Powder (or protein of choice)
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
3 ripe bananas
3 eggs
½ cup dark chocolate chips
½ cup walnuts, chopped
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a 9” x 13” baking dish with cooking spray or coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients through eggs. Stir until thick and well combined.
- Mix in chocolate chips and walnuts until fully incorporated.
- Pour batter into prepared baking dish and bake 30 minutes, or until golden and crisp on top.
