Ingredients
- 4 sausages kielbasa style
- 4 carrots diagonally sliced
- ½ red onion sliced
- 1 cup green peas thawed if frozen
- ⅛ tsp. black pepper
- ¼ tsp. Himalayan pink salt
- ½ tsp. herbes de Provence
- Avocado oil spray
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

On sheet pan or cast iron pan, arrange sausages.

Add vegetables and spread evenly. Spray vegetables with avocado oil. Sprinkle on salt, pepper and herbes de Provence.

Bake 10 minutes; remove from oven, flip sausages and bake another 10 minutes.
