Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to large bowl and mix well.
  2. With hands, form medallions from mixture and set aside.
  3. Place medallions on oiled baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees F. or until golden brown.
  4. Remove from oven and serve.
