Creamy Avocado Milk Recipe

First there was cow’s milk. Then came soy milk and almond milk. Now there’s no shortage of different milks and milk-like beverages gracing the shelves of your local grocery store. But if you’re tired of your standby soy milk, ho-hum about hemp milk or over the whole oat milk thing, you may be wondering, “what’s next?”

One word: avocado. You already know it as the perfect add-in to give your smoothie that smooth, creamy texture. So when you’re feeling thirsty, blend it with a few simple ingredients to make a new beverage with all the benefits of everyone’s favorite fruit, including vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.

Avocado Milk Ingredients:

Yields 2 servings (4 cups total)

Directions:

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
