So when you’re feeling thirsty, blend it with a few simple ingredients to make a new beverage with all the benefits of everyone’s favorite fruit, including vitamins, minerals and healthy fats.
Avocado Milk Ingredients:
Yields 2 servings (4 cups total)
- 1 haas avocado
- 3 cups unsweetened coconut milk
- 3 T. agave syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 T. cacao powder, optional for chocolate avocado milk
- ½ cup ice
