  2. In large bowl, combine olive oil, applesauce, eggs and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  3. Next, stir in flours, baking soda, salt and remaining spices.
  4. Grate apple into batter and stir well.
  5. Prepare bundt pan with cooking spray and pour in cake batter.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until center of cake is cooked through.
  7. Once cooled, remove from bundt pan and serve.
