- 2.5 cups green beans trimmed, washed & pat dry
- 3 Tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 egg beaten

In large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, salt and pepper. Add avocado oil and optional beaten egg, and combine. Add green beans and coat well.

Add coated green beans to air fryer basket. For extra crispiness, spray extra avocado oil on green beans.
