Cranberry Drinking Vinegar
Ingredients
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup cranberries (fresh or frozen)
¾ cup organic cane sugar
Fresh lime juice
Sparkling water
Directions
- In a glass jar, combine vinegar and cranberries and let sit covered on the counter overnight.
- The next day, add sugar and stir to dissolve.
- Strain cranberries out of vinegar.
- Cover jar and store refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
- To serve, combine 1 oz. cranberry vinegar with 3 oz. sparkling water and a squeeze of lime.
